If you have paid and we have not yet connected your listing or published anything for you, write to us and we will refund the payment in full.
Posts, replies and monitoring are delivered day by day, so a term already being served is not refunded. You can stop at any time and nothing further is charged — there is no contract and no notice period. Everything already published stays on your listing.
If we did not deliver what you paid for, tell us. We would rather fix it or refund it than argue about it. Write to contact@yourcloudhub.ai and we will answer the same working day.
